Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MediHealthHub, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable experience for patients, hospitals, and healthcare providers. However, we understand that certain situations may require refunds. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued and the process to request them. By using MediHealthHub, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Services Not Delivered

If a booked medical service (doctor consultation, diagnostic test, or home healthcare service) is not delivered due to a failure by the hospital or service provider, you may be eligible for a full refund.


b. Cancellation Policies

Patient-Initiated Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the hospital’s or service provider’s cancellation policy, which is displayed at the time of booking.

Appointments canceled within the allowed cancellation window (for example, 24 hours prior) may qualify for a full or partial refund.

Cancellations made after the allowed window may not be eligible for a refund.

Hospital-Initiated Cancellations

If a hospital or healthcare provider cancels your appointment or service, you will receive a full refund.


c. Unsatisfactory Services

If the delivered service does not meet the agreed or described standards, you may request a partial or full refund, subject to review and verification.


d. Technical Issues

If a payment is processed incorrectly due to a technical error on the MediHealthHub platform, a refund will be issued after verification of the issue.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

Missed appointments due to the patient’s failure to attend

Promotional offers, discounts, or credits once redeemed or expired

Refund requests raised more than 48 hours after the service date


3. Refund Request Process

Step 1: Submit a Refund Request

Contact us via email or the support section of the platform and provide:

Booking reference number

Reason for the refund request

Supporting documents (if applicable), such as proof of payment or screenshots


Step 2: Review & Verification

Our support team will review your request and may contact the hospital or service provider for clarification. Additional information may be requested if required.


Step 3: Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.


4. Hospital-Specific Refund Policies

Some hospitals or healthcare providers may follow their own refund or cancellation policies. These policies are clearly shown during booking. MediHealthHub ensures transparency and may assist in dispute resolution when required.


5. Refund Payment Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. If that method is no longer valid, please contact support for alternative arrangements.


6. Disputes & Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the issue to our support team. MediHealthHub will review the matter fairly and work toward a reasonable resolution.


7. Policy Updates

MediHealthHub reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised issue date.
